kcalFudgy, bite-sized brownies cooked in the air fryer — gooey in the middle, crisp on the edges, and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Optional add-ins: chopped walnuts, extra chocolate chips, or peanut butter swirls
Directions
- Melt Chocolate & Butter:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. - Mix Wet Ingredients:
Whisk in granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined. - Add Dry Ingredients:
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold until no streaks remain (do not overmix). - Prepare Muffin Molds:
Lightly grease a silicone muffin mold or line with paper cups. Spoon batter evenly into 12 molds, filling each about 3/4 full. - Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes. Place muffin mold in basket and air fry for 8–9 minutes, or until tops are set but centers are still slightly soft. - Cool & Serve:
Let brownie bites cool for 5 minutes before removing. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
Notes
- Fudgy vs. Cakey: For fudgier brownies, pull them out at 8 minutes; for more set, go closer to 10.
Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
Reheating Tip: Pop in the air fryer for 2 minutes at 300°F to bring them back to life. - Variations
Nutty Brownie Bites: Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Double Chocolate: Stir in extra chocolate chunks for gooey pockets.
Peanut Butter Swirl: Drop a teaspoon of peanut butter in each mold before cooking, then swirl with a toothpick.
Mint Chocolate: Add 1/2 tsp peppermint extract for a holiday twist.
These Air Fryer Brownie Bites are proof that desserts don’t have to be complicated to be indulgent. With just a few pantry staples and less than 15 minutes, you’ll have fudgy, chocolatey treats that are perfect for satisfying late-night cravings, surprising guests, or packing into lunchboxes.
